Dr. Igor Kowal

Dr. Igor Kowal is Licensed Clinical and Sport Psychologist. He earned his Master's in Sport Psychology from the California State University, Fresno. Igor received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the APA-accredited University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His clinical and research interests include sport and performance psychology and mental health in athletes and performers. Igor's approach to therapy encourages clients to become aware of areas in life that are not optimal and learn new coping strategies and skills to optimize all areas of life.
